Hopeful Hearts Inc., also known as Kasunga Nonprofit, is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization based in Maryland, USA , with outreach extending to parts of Zambia. We are committed to empowering caregivers of children living with chronic illnesses, with a particular focus on Sickle Cell Disease.
